Hi everyone, my name is Lindsey and I am an RMT with almost 11 years experience and a reiki practitioner located in Sherwood Park, AB.
I graduated from Vicars School of Massage in 2015.
I have since taken courses in cupping, ayurvedic head massage, reiki and craniosacral therapy.
My favourite type of massage to practice is therapeutic mixed with relaxation.
My goal is always to help alleviate any pain/tension my clients may be experiencing along with an increased overall sense of relaxation upon leaving.
I love adding new tools to my tool belt and keeping up with my continuing education so I can have various options to serve the varying needs of clients.
When not massaging I am busy being a mom of 4 kiddos, 2 cats, and 1 pup.
I love reading, yoga, spending time with family/friends and walks with my giant yellow lab Piper.
