Lindy van der Burg is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC #2755) with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada.

Psychodynamic - bringing unconscious material into the conscious

Client-Centered - the client (and not the counsellor) is the expert on their own thoughts, feelings, experiences and problems

Behavioural - behaviour is learned and can therefore be unlearned. Problems which respond well to this type of therapy include phobias, anxiety attacks and eating disorders
