“Finding the right therapist can feel like a daunting task, but it’s the first step toward a more grounded version of yourself. Hi, I’m Lindy, and I believe that healing begins with a genuine connection. In our sessions, you aren’t just a ‘client’—you’re a human being with a unique story. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment where we can explore the challenges you’re facing together. Whether you’re navigating life transitions or looking for deeper self-understanding, I’m here to walk alongside you.”

##Therapy modalities Lindy uses in her counselling practice##
Psychodynamic - bringing unconscious material into the conscious
Humanistic - assumes that everyone has an innate capacity to grow emotionally and psychologically towards the goals of self-actualization and personal fulfilment
Client-Centered - the client (and not the counsellor) is the expert on their own thoughts, feelings, experiences and problems
Behavioural - behaviour is learned and can therefore be unlearned. Problems which respond well to this type of therapy include phobias, anxiety attacks and eating disorders
* Transpersonal Therapeutic Counselling
* Trauma informed approach
* Bowen Family Systems
* Art therapy, Somatic and Mindfulness interventions
With support and guidance, you will find, build and expand on your inner strengths and resources to create a more balanced life and a healthier state of mind.
