Liron was awarded a Bachelor of Science with honours in Biology from York University, followed by a Master's in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University. Having a passion for women's health lead her seamlessly into the world of Pelvic Health within her career, aiding individuals, especially women, through their healthcare journeys. With Level III PHS certification and a commitment to ongoing education, Liron strives to provide comprehensive, compassionate, evidence-based care, continuously enhancing her knowledge and clinical skills to better serve her clients.
When not working, Liron loves dancing, cooking and travel.

Available to existing physiotherapy clients only, this one-on-one session is led by a Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) with Pilates training and focuses on supervised exercise rehabilitation to support your specific functional goals. Exercises are prescribed and overseen by your physiotherapist and may include strength, mobility, control, and movement-based work to complement your physiotherapy plan of care.
A complimentary 15 minute phone call to ask the physiotherapist any questions you may have before the initial assessment.
In each follow up session we will work towards the goals we created in the initial assessment. Treatment could include internal and/or external manual therapy, education, exercise prescription, mindfulness training. *NOTE that if it has been more than 4 months since your last visit, a re-assessment is required.*

This appointment is for existing physiotherapy patients retuning after delivery. This session will focus on reassessing postpartum health and recovery; from reviewing delivery, physical and mental recovery, returning to movement and addressing any concerns. This appointment is recommended for 6 weeks after delivery or sooner if there are concerning symptoms or pain that needs to be discussed or addressed earlier. Please fill out the postpartum re-assessment form to the best of your ability. If you are a new patient that is postpartum, please book the NEW PATIENT Initial assessment.
Prepare for labour and delivery with our partner or support person. Review pain relief techniques, labouring and birthing positions. Partners practice hands on techniques and leave feeling more confident heading into delivery. **MUST BE AN EXISTING PATIENT OR HAVE HAD YOUR INITIAL PHYSIO ASSESSMENT PRIOR TO THIS VISIT**
