SaveI went back to school for massage and graduated in 2012 from the two-year program at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy. I was inspired to study massage after getting rear-ended in a car accident and needing to recover from my injuries.
I combine therapeutic and holistic approaches, incorporating cupping, myofascial techniques, and Reiki to create customized treatments that support relaxation, mobility, and overall well-being. Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing technique that supports relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural ability to heal. When combined with massage, it creates a deeply calming and restorative experience.

Outside the treatment room, I enjoy meditation, creating art, hiking, skipping rope, and spending time outdoors.
