Lisa Chepil is an RMT with nearly 15 years experience. She graduated from MH Vicars Massage School 2200 hour professional program in 2013 after working a few years as a massage therapist. She continues to be excited about developing her craft and assisting clients with their health priorities through continued education and learning. Beyond initial training she has completed her specialization in Rapid NeuroFascial Reset, 4 levels of Upledger Craniosacral therapy, prenatal massage, myofascial release, and dynamic cupping course work.
Lisa is proficient at catering the intensity of treatments from lighter holistic Craniosacral therapy to progressively deep focused therapeutic massage. She has specialized both in working with individuals with chronic pain, and athletes and their individual needs. She has a special interest in whiplash, concussion and headaches.
Through all her treatments, Lisa works attentively to help clients recognize and let go of held stress and pain by being present to individual needs. She also specializes in pre- and post-natal massage and is a proud mother of a vibrant daughter.
Lisa's therapeutic goal is to empower her clients feel their best in all pursuits.
