Lisa Davidson
SaveLisa joins Healthworks Wellness with many years of experience. She completed her Bachelor of Physical Activity Studies at the University of Regina in 1993. From there she went on to complete and obtain her Bachelor of Social Work and has been working with children, youth and families ever since. Lisa uses a strength-based, client centered, trauma informed approach. Lisa’s practice techniques are inferred by CBT, Brief Solution Focused therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Play Therapy and Mindfulness. Lisa continues to learn about the importance of incorporating mindfulness and play therapy in our daily lives. She works in Collaboration with clients to identify goals, build skills and learn strategies to manage big emotions.
When Lisa isn’t working she enjoys running, working out at the gym, watching sports and spending time with family.

If the parents of the client are separated or divorced and custody is shared or a joint agreement is in place, WRITTEN consent from both parents is required by the initial session.
