Lisa began her professional journey at Western University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. After a few years working with a private orthopaedic physiotherapy practice, she went back to Western to complete her Masters of Physical Therapy.
Since graduation Lisa has worked in a variety of settings, from out-patient orthopaedics in a private physiotherapy practice, to treating individuals in their homes. She has a passion for helping people with pelvic health conditions and a special interest in helping guide women through their pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Lisa has completed specialized training in the treatment of prenatal and postpartum conditions, Diastasis Rect, urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse and pessary fittings.
Lisa’s approach is collaborative, focusing on education, exercise, and manual therapy techniques. Her personal vision is to ensure all patients learn, feel heard, and achieve a better quality of life.
Lisa is also a leader within the Canadian Ski Patrol. You can find her snowboarding every weekend in the winter months at Osler Bluff Ski Club.
Lisa’s other hobbies include F45, hiking, yoga, pottery, and binge-watching TV shows on streaming platforms.

This is an In-Person Assessment. The session includes a detailed history, an external assessment, and an internal assessment of your pelvic floor muscles. Although the internal assessment is not mandatory, however, it provides valuable information for diagnosis and treatment. Your physiotherapist will review any questions you have. Please let your physiotherapist know if you are uncomfortable with an internal exam.
Please note you must have completed an initial assessment before booking. This session is an in-person treatment and will often include education, manual therapy, pelvic floor and or core exercise and progressions.
45 minute in-person, pelvic floor physiotherapy follow up appointment. This appointment is for clients who have already completed an initial assessment.
60 minute one-one physiotherapy treatment.

This treatment is for individuals who have already had a pelvic health assessment. Discussion, education, treatment and exercises will be included in these sessions. Please note these sessions are online, NOT in-person.
