Lisa has always been interested in understanding her connection to spirit. Over the past 15 years, as her spiritual and personal development journey deepened, she began to connect to herself, her experiences, others, and the universe in a profound way.
Through deep personal reflection she worked to heal limiting beliefs, stories, unhealthy patterns and fears so that she could step forward authentically in her truth as a light worker committed to raising the collective vibration.
Lisa was attuned as a Level 3 Usui Reiki Master in 2018. She believes true healing, balance, and wholeness is achieved by treating the entire individual on a mind, body, and soul level, and that issues in our lives are correlated to imbalances in our energy field.
A Reiki session with Lisa is dependent highly on intuition. Lisa incorporates breathwork, crystals, sound, visualization, essential oils, and oracle cards into her practice. Lisa's intention is to share information gained through the session during discussion, to empower your understanding of self on an energetic level.
