Your first appointment with your registered massage therapist will include a review of your health history, a short assessment and a massage therapy treatment. *Please note we do not accept WSIB, MVA or OHIP cases at this time.

During this appointment, your RMT will continue with your treatment plan discussed at your initial intake.

She offers a signature style of the Indian Head Massage that focuses on calming the mind and relaxing the body. This ancient practice has been used in India since around 600 B.C. and can prevent headaches and migraines, release tension in the head, neck and upper back. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in alternative health industries but is not an RMT, please note that the IHM is *not covered by extended health benefits*
