I use a variety of techniques in my practice from Swedish to Cupping therapy. Not only do I treat the area of concern but the surrounding tissues of the joints above and below the main issue. It gives me a better perspective in the mechanics used in the activities that may have contributed to a client's tightness or injury. The knowledge from my studies in Kinesiology has also aided in refining my techniques, skills and approaches in my practice.
