Lisa graduated on 2014 from the Massage Therapy program at Trillium College. She is passionate and dedicated to providing effective treatments that focus on individual goals. Her main areas of focus are musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. This can include injury due to repetitive strains, motor vehicle accidents, sports injury, or just stress from everyday living. Her specialties include a variety of techniques including deep tissue massage, myofacial release, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, relaxation and PNF stretching. Lisa is excited to work with new clients as the objective is to benefit your overall health and well being by creating a specialized treatment plan for you?
