With over 20 years of massage experience, Lisa is a skilled and intuitive Registered Massage Therapist who delivers detailed, effective treatments with a firm, therapeutic touch. She offers a wide range of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, reflexology, as well as specialized pediatric and pre/postnatal care.
Lisa is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan Teaching School & Clinic (2006) and has continued to expand her expertise with certifications in pediatric massage, prenatal massage, Thai massage, reflexology, and MPS therapy.
