I’m Lisa Winkler, a Registered Massage Therapist in Valemount, BC. I've been an RMT since 2018 and since I’ve been helping people return to the activities they love—pain-free and with ease. I opened my home practice in Valemount in 2022 and feel grateful to serve my community.
My approach is tailored to your needs and your body, blending techniques from Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Swedish Deep Tissue, and Muscle Energy Technique. Each session is designed to be relaxing, empowering, and informative.

Focus on easing tension, promoting comfort and relaxation, and supporting well-being of the expectant parent. Side-lying support with pillows, or use of pregnancy bolster ensures safety and comfort for prenatal clients. Homecare exercises may be provided to support recovery.
