My unique approach combines fascial massage, mobility and stability work to bridge the gap between the treatment table and the gym. Don’t expect to fall asleep on the table because we’ll be getting results on the gym floor.

90 Minute Massage
Rolf Massage Is a type of hands-on therapy done over 10 sessions, addressing the body in a systematic way to create balance. Instead of approaching the body based on your main complaint; focusing mostly on diminishing the initial pain, Rolf method looks to find the domino effect that caused or perpetuated the imbalance. It’s a long term approach perfect for those with recurring injuries or persisting pain.
