AjouterLIZ FORSTER graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver. As a native to the North Shore mountains, trails and seawalls, leading a healthy, active lifestyle has always been a priority for my family and me. Having spent five years running my practice out of a multi-disciplinary clinic in North Vancouver and two years in a Massage Therapy clinic in Langford I have now opened my home clinic in 2019.

Having attained North America’s highest standards of education and training in the 3000hr Massage Therapy program, I continue to learn and grow as a Therapist with interests in pre/post natal, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
I strive to help patients enhance and/or maintain function by restoring mobility and preventing dysfunction in order to achieve optimal health. My goal is to create a professional and comfortable environment where I can focus on my patient and care for their specific needs.
It's not all work all the time! I also enjoy playing ice hockey, travelling and spending time with my husband and two kiddies!
