Liz is a compassionate RMT who believes movement is a key aspect of maintaining good health. She likes to incorporate stretches into her massage and she will work with you to determine an effective treatment plan, acknowledging your own interests and needs. She graduated from WCCMT Victoria in 2017 and likes to use a combination of techniques including myofascial release, active stretching, and relaxation while encouraging breaths throughout. Particular issues of interest are stress and anxiety, shoulder injuries, and neck injuries. That being said, she is happy to take on any issue you may have!
