Hello! I've been an RMT for over 10 years, after graduating from Fleming College.
I enjoy being active in my community by volunteering with OVERT, an emergency response team. In my spare time I practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and I used to practice Muay Thai and rock climbing.
I typically focus on soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, postural correction, and many sports related injuries. My main priority is to help clients return to function, and reduce stiffness, but I can also provide more relaxation based treatments.
