###Meet Liz
Elizabeth (Liz) has been working in the healing arts since 2009. She brings a unique blend of eastern and western influence, combining a medical background (nursing, kinesiology and massage therapy) with over 15 years studying and practicing yoga, reiki, meditation and intuition.
She holds a deep appreciation for both medical science and individual human-ness, understanding that without considering the interplay of science with the unique individual being treated, any effort towards healing is, at best, limited.
From a massage therapy perspective, Liz loves to focus on nervous system regulation, neuromuscular techniques, fascial release, and trigger point therapy, all in the context of relaxation. She works with a philosophy that, given the right support, the body can enter into a state of self-healing, as it is always seeking homeostasis.
Working with Liz, you can expect patient-centered-care, meaning that you are actively involved in treatment planning and care, giving primary importance to your unique (and sometimes changing) needs and preferences.

60 minute RMT massage. Includes pre-massage assessment, individualized treatment plan and homecare (if desired). This is seperate from my reiki practice. Reiki and inuitive channeling are NOT part of this service and cannot be included in any RMT service.
