**Liza is severely and dangerously allergic to all coconut oil products. Please do not wear any of these products to your appointment with her. Thank you.**
Liza graduated in 2022 from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and brings a strong foundation of clinical experience to her practice. She has worked with a wide range of patients, from those managing common orthopedic concerns—such as acute and chronic sprains, strains, and repetitive strain injuries—to individuals recovering from surgical procedures, supporting them through each stage of rehabilitation.
Her interest in motor vehicle accident rehabilitation was shaped by her previous work with ICBC, where she served as a Rehabilitation Assistant in the Claims Department and later in the Litigation Department. This dual‑perspective background gives her a unique understanding of the complexities involved in recovery, allowing her to tailor treatment plans with both clinical insight and practical awareness of the rehabilitation process.
Liza is passionate about empowering patients through education, emphasizing effective pain‑management strategies and personalized home‑care plans to help them regain optimal function in their daily lives. She provides respectful, professional, and individualized care, drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques including General Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), and Joint Mobilization.
Outside of her practice, Liza enjoys exploring local events and traveling with her family.
