**How did you get into Health and Wellness:**
My journey into health and wellness began with a fascination for how the body moves, adapts,
and heals. With a degree in Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy, I worked with sports teams to
help athletes recover from injuries and return to peak performance. That hands-on experience
laid the foundation for how I approach care today — rooted in both science and movement, with
a strong emphasis on results and functional recovery. Becoming a Registered Massage
Therapist allowed me to expand that approach to a broader community, always working with
intention and clear goals in mind.
