SaveLois is an Australian-trained physiotherapist with a deep passion for health, movement, and the outdoors. Her love for the mountains and travel led her to Calgary, where she continues to merge her expertise with her personal interests.
From a young age, Lois was drawn to the intricacies of health & fitness due to her own experiences with frequent injury rehab. This firsthand understanding of physical challenges, has shaped her empathetic approach to patient care. With a background in disability support work, Lois has a unique perspective on how health affects an individual's overall quality of life. She is committed to delivering a holistic and multifaceted approach tailored to each person’s needs, goals and environment.

Lois has a strong passion for teaching people how to move their bodies with strength & ease. As a certified Matwork and Reformer Pilates trainer, she empowers clients to train with quality movement patterns, core stability with full body integration. In addition, as a Mum & Baby Barre instructor, Lois supports new mothers on their postpartum fitness journey, focusing on strength, recovery, and rebuilding that connection with their bodies.
Driven by a passion to help others lead healthier, more active lives, Lois combines her expertise, experience, and love for movement to make a meaningful difference in her clients' well-being.
In her spare time, Lois embraces the outdoors, spending every moment she can skiing, skating, hiking, cycling, or camping.

Cingal Injection (15 Minutes) Please note this appointment has an added $300 supply fee for a total of $595
Road or gravel bike fritting done at clinic. We ask that you bring your bike, riding shoes (regular or clipless), and riding gear you would usually wear (bib shorts, chamois, etc.). We will hook your bike up to an indoor trainer to allow functional adjustments to be made on the bike. We will go over proper bike positioning by adjusting (if necessary) the saddle, bars, stem and pedals of the bike. We will also give recommendations on proper sized components if necessary. On top of this we will optimize cleat position with adjustments, wedges, lifts and shoe inserts. This fit will take about 2 hours in length. If products are recommended to improve the fit, efficiency and performance on the bike like cleat wedges and spacers, insoles and custom orthodics, and bike parts such as different saddles, bars and stems - there will be additional charges for any parts. Full transparency on the price of these products will be broken down, and a list of part recommendations will be given to the client.

Perineural therapy, is a treatment that uses a series of shallow injections just under the skin. It places a 5% dextrose (sugar) solution near inflamed superficial nerves to calm chronic nerve pain and swelling. Please note this appointment has an added supply fee of $10
