Lola Hoogenboom is a Registered Massage Therapist with a practice focused on healing, maintaining progress, and supporting the muskuloskeletal system—an area she is passionate about and believes plays a vital role in the body’s ability to recover. As a recent graduate from Fanshawe College in London, she holds certifications in cupping therapy and hot stone massage, and has completed additional training in fascial refinement to better address each client’s unique needs.
Her goal is to help you not only during your treatment, but also beyond the treatment room by sharing therapeutic exercises tailored to your individual wellness journey.
When she's not supporting clients, you’ll find her outdoors as much as possible, or winding down with a good book or movie.
She is eager to help guide you through your healing process and support you every step of the way!
Services Offered
Swedish Massage : The quintessential massage experience, designed to calm the nervous system, enhance circulation, and relieve built-up tension and discomfort.
Fascial : A gentle, focused approach designed to address fascial restrictions and support deeper mind–body connection. Performed at a slow, intentional pace, this technique relieves tension along the fascial meridians to restore balance and ease.
Trauma Rehab : Ideal for both new and long-standing injuries that need targeted treatment. We’ll work together through therapeutic exercises to encourage recovery, using regular check-ins and assessments to monitor progress and guide where care should be focused.
Therapeutic Breast Massage : Designed for individuals recovering post-mastectomy, this treatment supports increased range of motion and helps reduce scar tissue. With specialized training gained through my college course, I strive to provide a safe, comfortable environment where you can feel supported throughout your healing journey.
Cupping : Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the tissue, increasing circulation, easing muscle tension, and promoting faster healing. By creating space within the layers of muscle and fascia, it supports overall muscle recovery and relaxation.
Hot Stones : Heated stones help loosen tight muscles, stimulate circulation, and provide a deeply calming experience, supporting both physical relaxation and mental well-being.
