Long holds both a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Master of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, where he developed a strong foundation in human movement science, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation. As a Registered Kinesiologist, Long is passionate about helping clients restore function, improve movement quality, and build confidence through individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs.
With experience working with a wide range of clients—from active adults recovering from injury to older adults seeking to maintain mobility, strength, and independence—Long emphasizes evidence-based care, combining therapeutic exercise, functional movement training, and education to support long-term health and performance.
A lifelong student of movement science, Long is passionate about movement literature and continually integrates current research into his practice to provide effective, up-to-date care. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys playing soccer and believes in the power of movement as both medicine and a way of life.
