Hi, My name is Lora and I’m excited that you found your way to this page! I have always been drawn to connecting with people individually and through community. Ever since I was quite young, I knew that I wanted to help people in any way I could. Whether taking the time to smile and talk to a stranger, or through touch and working with my hands. I've always been fascinated by science and how the human body works. Through a journey of exploring my interests and talents in gymnastics, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, dance, and acro yoga I have been able to further my knowledge and understanding of how the human body is vastly interconnected and yet every body is unique.
I approach massage therapy from a holistic perspective, as I work together with you to relax and rehabilitate your body to achieve greater health. I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria in 2014, and have been in practice for 4 years. I recently decided to open my own practice from a desire to better support my clients from beginning to end of each visit and I look forward to getting to know my local community around Green Lake and Nanaimo area through this practice.
My clients often comment that I am intuitive, kind, and compassionate, and I am continually learning and striving to improve my techniques.
In my spare time I enjoy spending as much time outside as possible with my husband Patrick, Golden-Husky Douglas, and our two young children.
At this time, I am returning from maternity leave, and am working a very limited schedule. Please be patient as I expand my hours and check back for more availability every few weeks.
