Reno Run & Recovery is a free weekly community run club hosted by Renovo Health for runners of all experience levels. Each session includes a guided warm-up, a group run with a distance selected based on participants' comfort and experience levels, and a complimentary 5–10 minute hands-on recovery session afterward. Join us every Thursday from 7:00–8:00 PM to move, connect, and recover with the Scarborough and Markham community. Weather permitted.
