Lori has been a dietitian professional for over 20 years. Her mission as a dietitian, a mother and a human being of this earth is to help individuals and families restore their balance with food and start their journey in reconnecting with it; and assist their understanding that food not only nurtures our body, but also our souls and minds.
Her practice focuses on 2 main areas: sports and family nutrition. Lori offers nutrition coaching for any type of body that wants to make food their therapy of choice to increase strength, endurance and reduce recovery time and be ready for their next physical challenge! She helps individuals and families re-connect with food and enjoy meal time as a family again. Her sessions focus towards reducing stress, making the preparation of meals easy and raising confidence in the choices one makes to fit their lifestyle and improving their health and that of the whole family.

Lori is registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario, and is a member of Dietitians of Canada. She holds a masters degree in Public Health Community Nutrition from the University of Toronto and has been working for Toronto Public Health for over 12 years. She is also an amateur triathlete. She loves to spend her free time playing soccer, swimming and cycling.
