I am a graduate of Alberta Massage Training but a Winnipeger born and raised. In addition, I hold a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Manitoba.
More recently I have added Myofascial Cupping to my toolkit and have begun taking courses towards RAPID NFR, completing upper body thus far.
Through my personal life and years of practice, I have seen how physical and mental stressors can cause ailments throughout the body and manifest themselves differently in each person. I believe regular massage/manual therapy can play a key role in helping manage these ailments and is essential for long-term health and wellness. As your RMT, I will use a variety of techniques to help address your individual needs. My ultimate goal for every treatment is simple, I want you to leave here feeling better than when you walked in.
