Lorilee supports clients in navigating reproductive journeys as well as broader experiences of trauma, grief, and stress through an integrative mind-body-spirit approach. Her practice weaves together counselling, somatic therapy, and shamanic energy healing to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and holistic healing. She holds a special focus on womb and reproductive health—supporting those experiencing fertility challenges, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum transitions, and birth trauma—while also offering holistic support for stress, trauma, and energetic blocks. Lorilee creates a compassionate space for release, self-connection, and deep embodiment of body wisdom and intuition.
Lorilee has a Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is also a Certified Womb Healing Practitioner and Womb Reiki Practitioner, combining clinical training with holistic healing practices to support women’s emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.

I offer letters of proof of ongoing counselling treatment for clients whom are receiving continued counselling sessions (after at least 6 counselling sessions) for reasons of medical, insurance and/or legal reasons.
This plan is for clients who want deeper support, structure, and accountability in their nutrition journey. Together, we’ll create a customized, sustainable lifestyle plan to help you feel better, balance hormones, support metabolism, and build habits that last. You’ll be supported every step of the way with ongoing coaching, feedback, and education. Plan Includes: • 60-minute initial consultation • Personalized nutrition + lifestyle plan •Three 30-minute follow-up sessions •Weekly message check-ins for support + accountability •Daily habit and food journaling review •Minimum 3-month commitment
