Ludmilla started her studies of health at the age of 18, moving to Japan studying Aikido and Shiatsu. Coming back to Canada, she entered Traditional Chinese Medicine school. Along side her studies of Acupuncture, Herbology, Cupping, Gua Sha, Tui Na, she studied Jin Shin Do acupressure, Qi Gong and Qi Gong Healing, Tai Qi, Reiki, western and eastern Herbology, Homeopathics, and Chakra Healing. As well as nutrition. In Hawaii she studied Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian massage).
Working in many places around the world refining and developing her practice, she studied with many healers along the way, With an understanding of body mechanics and a need to help people be able to move freely, yoga teacher training was the next step to add to modalities for a whole body holistic approach.
Ludmilla has come home to Port Alberni to offer acupuncture, massage, energy work and yoga.
She is currently taking new patients and provides individualized integrated health and acupuncture services

Continuation from your initial assessment
Ideal for people of all ages suffering from incontinence or prolapse as well as lumbar and pelvic pain. This includes pre and post natal women. All assessments and treatments take place in a private and comfortable treatment room. Internal examination can be performed but is not mandatory.

The assessment will include administering different tests assess the visual and vestibular systems as well as sensation (which includes gathering information about pain, muscle strength, extremity and spine range of motion, coordination, posture, balance, and walking ability). A customized exercise plan is developed from the findings.
