Lyddia completed the 2200-hour massage therapy program at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in 2022. With a therapeutic approach to all her treatments, she is dedicated to helping her clients relax, recover, and manage pain from the everyday stresses of life. Lyddia specializes in treating a variety of conditions, including Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVAs), sports injuries, and TMJ (temporomandibular joint) dysfunction, offering relief for clients dealing with jaw pain, discomfort, headaches, and stress held in the jaw.
Her expertise includes relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, injury prevention and treatment, as well as myofascial techniques. Lyddia is also certified in myofascial cupping and hot stone massage, providing a range of options tailored to each client’s needs.
Outside of her practice, Lyddia is passionate about living an active lifestyle. She enjoys spending time in nature, running, hiking, practicing yoga, and weight lifting. These activities further enrich her holistic approach to health and wellness.
