Lydia is an Algonquin College honours graduate with a wealth of experience in caring for others. As someone who has always enjoyed working with her hands, massage therapy was a natural next step. She is driven by curiosity and loves the challenge of figuring out how best to help others move past pain and dysfunction.
Lydia’s main focus is helping each unique client meet their goals, from stress management to athletic recovery and everything in between. She has a broad base of massage techniques and excels at tailoring her approach to support every single client. With her attention to detail and love of learning, Lydia is committed to helping clients achieve their best quality of life.
When not at work, Lydia enjoys hiking and watching old movies with her daughter.
