Lyle co-owns Guelph Performance with his wife Alana where they bring their family values and commitment to helping others. Lyles's role in the clinic is both in Training and Coaching and also in ensuring that the clinic and gym run smoothly and dreaming up new ways to help clients.
Before joining Guelph Performance, Lyle attended the University of Guelph, achieving both a Bachelor and a Master of Science, focusing on Animal Nutrition, and, as we know, humans are animals! He brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients. Lyle went on to complete his Precision Nutrition and Personal Training courses.

Since we do not have full-time reception staff an appointment is required to make any IN PERSON changes to your membership as a current or new member! Many things can be done via email, except tours and fobs!
