All massage therapy treatments are offered by Registered Massage Therapists. We offer orthopedic assessments of soft tissue and joints, prenatal massage, pain management, injury recovery, pre/post surgery recovery plans, athletic muscle maintenance, soft tissue maintenance, anxiety/stress relief and preventative massage therapy programs.

These treatments follow a structured plan of care, beginning with an initial assessment, followed by targeted treatment sessions, and concluding with a reassessment to track progress and determine next steps. Initial Assessment Required.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique administered by a Registered Massage Therapist. The technique uses a light touch to examine membranes, soft tissue and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. It is known to relieve tension in the central nervous system and promotes a feeling of well-being by managing pain. Used to aid recovery and manage conditions such as headaches, concussions, whiplash, and neck pain.

General Massage Therapy with the added benefits of Laser Therapy at no additional charge. Please note the laser portion of your treatment will be taken from your massage time. Each treatment is administered by a Certified Laser Therapy - Registered Massage Therapist.

General Swedish Massage Techniques used to relieve tension and stress during pregnancy. Pregnancy bolster or side lying body pillow is available for these treatments.
