Mackenzie Bambrough is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Durham College's Massage Therapy program in April 2024. Born and raised in Milton, Mackenzie is thrilled to serve the community she calls home, bringing her knowledge, skill, and enthusiasm to every patient interaction.
During her training at Durham College, Mackenzie gained hands-on experience through diverse placements, including palliative care, sports massage, pregnancy support, addiction recovery, and general relaxation techniques. These opportunities allowed her to develop a well-rounded foundation in massage therapy and instilled in her the confidence to provide exceptional care to patients with varying needs.
Mackenzie utilizes many techniques during her treatments such as fascial work, trigger points release and various other Swedish massage techniques. This allows her to create a personalized, effective treatment plan for each individual patient. Her approach prioritizes patient comfort and empowerment, ensuring each patient feels supported and in control of their healing journey.
Through her journey as an RMT, Mackenzie remains committed to continued learning and professional growth. Her dedication to high-quality care, combined with her welcoming demeanor and thoughtful approach, ensures that every patient feels they are in confident and capable hands.

Booking only for children between the ages of 5-12years. We do not offer treatments longer than 30min for this age group unless otherwise advised by your therapist. *Please note we do not treat infants and young toddlers but we are happy to give you a referral
*This treatment is typically for patients needing treatment for multiple areas of the body. Treatment will include arms and/or legs in addition to the full back neck and shoulders. These areas may be changed at the advice of your therapist.
This treatment is performed using warm bamboo sticks of different shapes/sizes. The therapist will focus on areas of the neck/face and upper arms/shoulders. Warm Bamboo Massage for the face is an excellent treatment to assist with the relief of headaches, jaw pain, neck tension and may also help benefit sinus congestion by promoting health blood flow and lymphatic drainage of the face.
**NOT TO BE BOOKED IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR THINK YOU MAY BE PREGNANT** This is not a treatment to be booked for a "focused" treatment such as "just back or neck". Treatment will typically include areas of the Back, Neck and Shoulders but also either some legs and/or arms.
