My practice is heavily inspired by the body’s natural rhythms, ability to self-heal, innate instincts & general response to touch and connection. I draw from my past experience as a fitness coach, Holistic Nutritionist and a 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training certification in India to compliment my practice.
I utilize General Swedish Massage techniques in treatment. My intention is to facilitate a safe space for the body to process while we work together through it's physical presentations, and my goal is to educate and provide tools that are applicable to the individual’s goals/priorities & lifestyle. I have clinical experience with a variety of demographics, and welcome any and all persons willing to demonstrate humility, respect & mutual cooperation.
