Those who choose me to join them on their journey of self-discovery or healing may be struggling with the impacts of trauma, navigating substance abuse, or feel impacted on a daily basis due to mental health concerns or other tough situations that come up in life. I enjoy working with children, youth and adults in individual and group settings. My clients want to feel heard, seen, respected and acknowledged as the special person they are. They are looking for creative solutions, a down to earth approach and someone to hold space through the messiness that can be emotions.
