Intramuscular injection therapy (Vitamin B12/Vitamin D). Subsequent visit - up to 5 minutes. This visit allows for brief discussion of your progress, and the opportunity to troubleshoot and make small adjustments to your treatment plan. New concerns will require a longer follow-up option.
