A Clinical Exercise Physiologist is a trained exercise professional who uses evidence based practices to create individually tailored exercise programs. This may be to meet goals such as improving strength, cardiovascular fitness, and mobility, or managing chronic conditions such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease or neurological conditions. Sessions are patient led and individually adapted and monitored for safety and effectiveness based on the individual needs of each client. Your exercise professional will work in collaboration with other health care professionals to support your wellbeing in the short and long term through exercise and lifestyle coaching. On your first visit you can expect a detailed consultation where we discuss your goals and overall health. You will be able to leave with a specific plan in place to start your fitness journey and a support system to help you on your way. You should expect in-clinic supervised exercise testing and come prepared to get active!

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a form of alternative medicine that involves light touch and manipulation of the skull, spine, and sacrum to relieve tension and improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. Practitioners believe that this therapy can help alleviate various physical and emotional issues by enhancing the body's natural healing processes. Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on massaging technique. It uses a light touch to release tension around your body’s connective tissue network called the fascia. CST promotes pain relief from headaches, neck pain and the side effects of cancer treatment.

Please note that this treatment is only available with Pearl LeBel and Jennifer Hardy. Reflexology is a complementary therapy that uses pressure point massage, primarily on the feet, to promote overall well-being and restore the body's natural healing processes. It's based on the idea that specific reflex points in the feet correspond to different organs and body systems, and stimulating these points can improve circulation, relieve tension, and alleviate stress.
