Born and raised in Saskatoon, SK, I am a physical therapist with an interest in neurological, musculoskeletal, geriatric and community therapy. I obtained my Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2025. Before my journey with physical therapy I completed my undergraduate degree in Physiology and Pharmacology, also at USask.
I have a personal passion for an active lifestyle and movement including yoga, running, skateboarding, and coaching at Rise Strength Lab that I can draw on to inspire and connect with patients.
I seek to empower my patients by giving them the tools and confidence they need to take control of their recovery. My goal is to maximize function and mobility while keeping personal goals at the center of care.

If you have recently been involved in a motor vehicle accident and have an active SGI injury claim, please select this appointment type. This appointment includes a thorough physiotherapy assessment, injury evaluation, treatment planning, and any required SGI documentation and reporting. This appointment type should also be selected if you are an existing physiotherapy patient with a new SGI-related injury, even if you have previously been seen for other conditions. Please bring your SGI claim number to your appointment if available, as we are able to direct bill eligible treatments through SGI. If you have any questions, our team would be happy to assist you.

This appointment includes a thorough physiotherapy assessment, injury evaluation, treatment planning, and any required WCB documentation and reporting. This appointment type should also be selected if you are an existing physiotherapy patient with a new workplace injury, even if you have previously been seen for other conditions. If you already have a WCB claim number, please bring it to your appointment. If you do not yet have a claim number, that is okay — you can still book and be seen.
