Currently working in Interventional Psychiatry, Madison provides specialized care to individuals experiencing complex mental health concerns. Her background includes experience in inpatient psychiatry, community addictions support, emergency psychiatry, and crisis intervention. These diverse clinical settings have shaped her ability to respond with adaptability and clinical precision while maintaining a grounded and compassionate presence. She works closely with clients to develop practical, individualized strategies that promote resilience, stability, and long-term growth.
Madison chose to pursue a career in mental health out of a passion for the impact mental wellness has on overall functioning and quality of life. She believes strongly in the integration of mental and physical health models, recognizing that true healing requires a holistic understanding of the person as a whole. Through collaboration, compassion, and thoughtful care, she strives to empower clients to move forward with confidence and renewed self-efficacy.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time with family and friends. An open Saturday morning is best spent attending a group fitness class before grabbing a coffee with a friend.

This initial assessment offers a safe, confidential space to discuss emotional, cognitive, and behavioural concerns. The Clinical Counsellor gathers information about the client’s history, challenges, and goals, working together to explore strategies for improving mental health, coping skills, and overall well-being. It establishes the foundation for ongoing care and a therapeutic relationship focused on growth and healing.
We use a client-centred approach to build a strong therapeutic relationship and develop specific treatment goals. Treatment may include lifestyle adjustments, routine building, and evidence-based coping strategies drawn from a variety of therapeutic approaches.

Our Occupational Therapist conducts an initial assessment to identify strengths and areas for growth, setting targeted goals to enhance mental health, build resilience, and improve overall functioning. Clients are supported in leveraging their abilities to engage fully in daily living, community, and vocational activities. Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, the OT also connects clients to additional resources to support their health and well-being.
We keep you accountable with three quarterly follow-ups. This allows us to modify or update your plan based on your current health situation. Our goal is to support you and keep you on track!
