This Telehealth "meet & greet" is offered by video or phone call and is intended for clients who wish to have an introductory discussion to help determine if a counsellor may be a good fit for their needs. This session can also be used to help answer questions you may have regarding counselling in general. *Please note: this is NOT a counselling session.
