**I believe meaningful mental health care begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood.**
My approach is compassionate, curious, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. I bring both professional experience and a personal understanding of mental health challenges, which helps shape the way I support clients: with empathy, openness, and a genuine commitment to understanding their story.
My background began in acute care nursing, where I supported individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments. I later transitioned into community care, working with adults across the lifespan, including older adults. These experiences strengthened my belief that mental health care should be accessible, individualized, and focused on the whole person, not just symptoms.
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with ADHD, especially those who have felt overlooked, misunderstood, or have struggled in silence. I understand that ADHD can overlap with anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and cognitive challenges. My approach is holistic and collaborative, helping clients explore how these experiences connect and affect daily life.
Above all, I believe healing begins when people feel heard. My goal is to create a supportive space where we can explore what is happening beneath the surface and work toward meaningful, lasting change together.
