Mandy is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) holding a bachelor degree in psychology since 1994 and a Masters degree of counselling from Adler University. She approaches therapy with a holistic mindset, tailoring sessions to individual needs.
Specializing in various mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, and life transitions, Mandy utilizes somatic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approaches to guide clients towards healing. Passionate about inclusivity, she welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering a collaborative therapeutic environment.
Beyond therapy, Mandy indulges in passions for travel, deep conversations, reading, writing, and engaging in holistic health practices such as yoga, meditation, and attending events focused on mindfulness, gut health, sleep, nutrition, and exercise.
