Mandi is an RMT with 24 years of experience specializing in complex cases. Using a unique blend of Eastern therapies including Ayurveda, Traditional Thai, and Yoga Therapy. She combines these with a trauma-sensitive approach and a focus on nervous system regulation.
In addition, she is a passionate Mutlipotentialite, Entrepreneur, Curious Rebel, Spiritual Adventurer, Transformation Leader, Shamanic practitioner, and the creator of Vedic Smudge.

Through embodied experimental exploration with a focus on ceremony, ritual, indigenous practices, alternative healing /health, massage, yoga, spirituality, meditation, mystic and esoteric explorations, and hosting women’s groups, retreats, and more.
She has studied with many elders and lineages. Of whom the gratitude cannot be expressed through words alone. She also has the honor of being a Mesa carrier in the Q'uero tradition. And been blessed to be invited to participate in many indigenous ceremonies, funerals, and sweats. Your session includes two custom oil blends. a Piccu cloth for your forehead, and one for your body. in this session, we focus on the head, neck, and scalp's most potent marma points. in addition to the areas that result in the most relaxation of the mind: the hands, feet, and abdomen (optional) to maximize the melting of your mind.

With a combination of opening the hips through Thai style massage, in additions to unwinding the uterus/abdomen/ jaw . We work to incorporate ritual to support the bodies stress response ( these sessions can be combined with TCM Dr.Erin's approach together we have been a very successful combination for many through their pregnancy journey)

This treatment will include a blend of Thai shoulder work to correct any holding patterns in the fascia, there will be an option to have abdominal work, to support organ movement or C-section healing. Includes marma, and Ayurvedic energy points to help emotionally process and honor this new phase of life. For an additional fee home visits can be scheduled
