Manisha uses osteopathy as a way of identifying and treating injuries in the muscles, ligaments, fascia, and joints of the body. She believes that because the body is one functional unit, with all systems interconnected, the body has the ability to heal itself and the skilled application of osteopathic techniques can improve this process.

Manual Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on therapy focused on restoring balance, alignment, and optimal body function. Through precise assessment and treatment techniques, we address the root cause of pain and dysfunction not just the symptoms. Using joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, and visceral and cranial techniques, treatments are tailored to support recovery from injury, relieve chronic pain, improve posture, and enhance mobility. Whether you’re dealing with back or neck pain, headaches, joint restrictions, or overall tension, Manual Osteopathy helps your body heal naturally so you can move freely and feel your best.
A specialized Osteopathic Manual Therapy treatment focused on relieving sinus congestion, facial tension, jaw pain (TMJ dysfunction), headaches, and restrictions affecting the face, head, neck, and surrounding structures to restore balance and improve function.
