SaveMy name is Manjot Mann (she/her). I am a Surrey based counsellor and I practice through a culturally inclusive and trauma informed lens. I have over 5 years of experience working in the mental health field in a variety of capacities. As a counsellor, my goal is to provide you with a safe space to start your quest to self discovery. I believe that self compassion is a key component to healing and as you navigate different milestones and life transitions I hope to be a fellow traveller on your journey.

I lean on cognitive behavioural therapy, as well as emotion focused therapy and narrative techniques in the healing process. I have had the privilege of working with many individuals as they navigate big and small moments in life and who are looking to improve emotional connections with themselves as well as those around them.
Starting therapy can bring about strong feelings. My goal as a counsellor is to put you at ease by discussing your goals and needs and helping you achieve them through collaborative work. I would be honoured to walk with you as you work to build your most authentic self.
