She is also certified in dry needling and incorporates this treatment when appropriate to help reduce pain, improve muscle function, and support recovery.
Additional treatment techniques include soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, myofascial release, strength and conditioning, neuromuscular re-education, balance and proprioceptive training, gait and postural correction, ergonomic education, and individualized home exercise programming.
