SaveMansaj Brar is a Kinesiologist registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance (CKA). She graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley and has further advanced her clinical expertise as a Manual Osteopath (direct billing available with most insurance companies), while currently pursuing studies in acupuncture to support a more integrative approach to patient care. Her practice is grounded in an evidence-informed model, utilizing active rehabilitation with progressive therapeutic exercise and targeted range of motion techniques to optimize functional recovery along with using osteopathic techniques. Manual osteopathy is a hands-on, non-invasive approach focused on restoring mobility, alignment, and overall musculoskeletal balance. It supports the body’s natural healing processes and is effective in addressing conditions such as chronic pain, postural dysfunction, joint and spinal restrictions, headaches, and soft tissue injuries. Mansaj specializes in the management of musculoskeletal injuries related to motor vehicle accidents (MVAs), sports, occupational demands, and activities of daily living, delivering safe, results-driven care supported by strong clinical evidence.
