The VO2 max assessment can be completed on either a treadmill, bike, or rower. Your HR, BP, blood lactate*, height and weight will be taken prior to the assessment. After the assessment concludes, you will receive a full report that includes your VO2max, aerobic health benefit level, and physiological suggestions for future training plans. *Blood lactate is taken by creating a small prick through your skin, usually through the tip of your finger or ear lobe. The prick is small enough to only allow a small droplet of blood out. Please be prepared to have blood drawn multiple times.
